The pic is generally nicely given, but there are ways to improve your work!
You use color pencils, right? I would suggest that you used them depending on the texture of each surface. That is, when coloring fur, your strokes could be along their length. Shorter strokes?Shorter fur. Longer strokes?Longer fur. And where the strokes are lighter, are the highlights. Where the shadows lay, you could combine a black pencil, to darken that area. That way, it will give your drawings that 3d effect (if you wish that is! some people prefer the 2d look on their work)
If you have photoshop, I would suggest that you cleaned the backgrounds. Usually you leave them blank, but they are smudged due to the work on the paper(which is normal by all means) So, when you place the tag with your signature, you could also render white the background.(now that's just a detail, but details are wonderful, arent they? Like the smiley's
